Within one working day: the dates confirmed against the house calendar, and a single total with everything in it. No fees appear later.
That total is held for 48 hours. The rate moves with the season and with how far out you are booking, so we fix it rather than leave you guessing.
The quote carries our bank details and a reference. Transfers in euro inside Europe arrive the same day; from elsewhere allow two or three working days.
Two things we need from you, and they are the only two: the name on the account you send from, and the reference quoted if your bank gives you a field for it. The name is what matters — references get dropped by banks all the time, account names do not.
We confirm receipt the day the money lands and send the written confirmation. Directions, the gate code and the arrival instructions follow closer to the date.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Let us know your arrival time in advance — there is no reception here, someone comes to meet you.
We will never email you new bank details. If you receive a message changing the account, from any address, it is not from us. Call the number below before you send anything.
We do not take card. A transfer at this amount avoids roughly seven hundred euro in card fees, and that is reflected in the price you were quoted.
