We do not collect card details, because we do not take cards. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
To sell you the stay, to book the property for your dates, to issue your invoice, to match your payment to your booking, and to answer you. Without it we cannot do any of those things.
We also keep a record of completed bookings because tax and accounting rules require it.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
We are established in the United States and our suppliers process data in the United States and in the European Union. If you are in the EU or the UK, that means your data leaves your jurisdiction when you book.
Enquiries that do not become bookings: twelve months. Bookings and the invoices attached to them: as long as accounting and tax rules require, then deleted.
If you are in the EU or the UK you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to us and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Deletion has a limit: we cannot delete an invoice we are required to keep.
If this notice changes, the version in force is the one on this page when you book.
