Five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two living rooms, each with a Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling glass, and two kitchens, both fully equipped with large preparation areas and their own dining space.
Four pools. The two outdoor pools are 75 m² each, with sun loungers and planted gardens around them. Loungers, umbrellas and pool towels are provided.
The two indoor pools are heated and measure 30 m² and 10 m². There is a sauna seating eight, and a hot tub.
Four thousand square metres of lawn, stone paths and Mediterranean planting surround the house. Beyond the five ensuite bathrooms there are further guest bathrooms indoors and showers outside.
The estate is two villas joined into one, each with its own living room and kitchen. One half is Maltese limestone: a living room two storeys high with a timber-slatted ceiling, a mezzanine, and a vaulted stone passage through to the kitchen. The other half is marble and glass, with a black spiral stair under a long skylight.
The first is a lap pool under a skylight, in plaster and travertine, behind a perforated wall. The second is in a vaulted room of bare stone with a timber ceiling, with a door onto the terrace. Both are heated.
Five double rooms, each with its own bathroom. High-end linen, large wardrobes and spa-style showers. The bathrooms open off the bedrooms behind glass; one has a freestanding bath at a window over the fields. Room-darkening blinds throughout.
The house is let whole, never by the room. The shortest stay is five nights.

The nightly figure does not change with the length of the stay.
A village in the south of Malta, surrounded by farmland. The house stands on its own, on a lane of old farmhouses.
The airport is two kilometres away, Valletta eleven.
The Blue Grotto is at Wied iż-Żurrieq below the village, with boats from the harbour and viewpoints along the cliffs. The Wied iż-Żurrieq and Wied Babu valleys run down to the coast and are walkable. Ĩaġar Qim is six kilometres, the Ĩal Saflieni Hypogeum seven.
In the village: the Xarolla windmill of 1724, still working, with a chapel, farmhouse and gardens; and the parish church of St Catherine. Wardija Tower is one of the coastal watchtowers built by the Knights of St John. Ĩal Millieri chapel holds medieval frescoes.
There are seafood restaurants at the Wied iż-Żurrieq harbour, and bakeries and cafés in the village. The cliff viewpoints look west over the sea and the islet of Filfla. The nearest beach is Birżebbuġa, four kilometres.
